Robert Basil was very accommodating. Upon registering at service desk, Cory was very friendly. He confirmed the services i brought my car in for and suggested the additional services my car needed. When i mentioned i was not qble to have the suggested services today he did not push. I like that they do not pressure to get business. While waiting, and walking the lot to view newer vehicles, my salesman purposely stopped me to say hello. He remembered my name from 2 years ago and my sons name he aold a car too last year. I just want to say that Jordan Bibbet was a stellar salesman. He and Brian worked so hard to help me get into a new 2024 GMC Terrain. It was such a tedious journey for me with the previous car. These two helped me to find trust in the car buying process again!

The service was good. I got everything I wanted in price and trade in. However, I was told that Buick no longer provides the buyer with an owner’s manual. I bought the 2025 Envision Premier. The owner’s manual apparently is now only available on line of for a specially ordered owner’s manual.

Everyone has been so attentive & I am very happy with my new vehicle. Gavin, my salesman has gone above & beyond, I'm a very happy customer.
