Buyer beware!!.Sold me a 2021 Silverado never disclosed it had an engine replacement at 9165 miles. Bought with 14,000 miles. I have had nothing but problems, tows, check engine lights, random limp mode. It's been for 6 months now and it's disabled again. They will sell you junk and do nothing about it.

Working with Zoe the last few days on a deal for a 2023 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. She gave me a quick quote on my trade but I could not get to the dealership for 7 days because my wife was taking care of here elderly sick mother in FL . She said if I put down $1000 the dealership would hold the truck for the 7 days. So I put the money down and low and behold the next day she tells me I have to take what they offered on the trade and commit to buying the truck right now or else the dealership could not hold it for the 7 days. Everyone was friendly and nice however my sale person Zoe was the greatest she keep me informed of everything and keep up dated on my truck every step of the building process.

Worst car buying experience of my life, sold me a car with an engine recall of which I was not informed and after 3 month lemon law they took absolutely no responsibility for selling me a car that was totally shot. It’s now dead in my driveway and I still owe money on it, missed the recall window thanks to dishonest practices that seem to be the norm here

Basil was professional and quick in dealing with car repairs from hitting a deer and the rental car arrangements I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would go back to them in the future as well.
Slow delivery of vehicle, poor attitude. Also only provided 1/3 of paperwork to sign, then other 2/3 after original paperwork. Disorganized, not efficient. Will never use this dealership again because of the poor quality in every aspect.

Service department needs to improve. Scheduled appointment was ignored and my vehicle sat for an hour after Scheduled time before getting worked on. They said they would not charge me me for the tire rotation. Also the air pressure sensor which should have been a warrent. To make up for the delay. Whipy do. I'll never come back. Next vehicle will be bought somewhere else.

I had a few bad experiences when this dealership first opened and took my business to another buick dealership for years. My husband finally talked me into going to Basil this time when my lease was expiring. I am sure glad I did. Bumper screw was still not tightened down. the gouge was taken care but not like it was but my rubber molding seal is now white now. I went to a bigger place so that it was done the right way. I want it taken care of the right way. Disappointed!!

Dealer is clean and staff was willing to help. My process of buying a new truck was quick and easy. It was a pleasant trip to the dealer. We had an appointment and they took car in right away. We asked if we should rotate the tires and they said that it’s not necessary until oil change.

Had a deal done over the phone by text messages, when I went to pick up the new vehicle the salesman informed me that they were not willing to buy out my lease, after I sent pictures and was promised that they were definitely going to buy out my current lease. The deal fell apart at Basil, I went to another dealership and purchased a new vehicle without any issues
