Great price, great service! I would recommend you check them out if you’re in the market for a new car. My sales associate Todd Devorchik was very friendly and informative. I went in with my daughter who was interested in the 2025 Buick Encore GX. Although I have bought many new cars in my lifetime, I still hate the process. Basil Buick made it low stress. We were helped by sales person Bryan Ficker. He was professional and easy to work with. We were able to get a great deal on the car she wanted and a fair trade in value for her old car. I had a nice experience buying my 2500 Denali HD. I had a few small snags and couldn't take possession of the truck for a week which was frustrating but all in all it worked out.

We went in looking for sale specific pre-owned truck but it had been sold. Heather let us know that the was another, newer of the same make that had just come on the lot. We were able to see it, drive it, and get the financing started in under an hour. We picked it up yesterday and the transaction with efficient, friendly and fun. Heather walked my son through all of the features of the vehicle before we left and it was wonderful to understand what all the buttons we for!
Basil exceeded our expectations. Their customer service and general helpfulness doesn’t compare. I would highly recommend Tom Radice for your car needs. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable every step of the way. Making such an important decision can be difficult but Tom made every step of the process an enjoyable experience.

So glad I got my happy ending. The part we needed was no where in the whole United States! One used one available. We waited 6 months before losing hope and asked for the used part to be put in. And then Paul in service called they got the new replacement part! 😄
